TV and Radio Personality Pearl Shongwe has joined SABC 1’s popular Daily Thetha. Daily Thetha is a live educational television talk show produced by TMF: Thabo Mphelo Films & TV Productions for SABC Education. Pearl is set to work alongside the show’s current hosts Nicollete Mashile and Melody Miya.
SABC 1’s Head of Channel Phumzile Zonke put out a statement via the SABC 1 Official Twitter account to welcome Pearl to the SABC Family
Pearl announced the news on Instagram and conveyed her gratitude for being part of the show.
Pearl currently co-hosts The Morning Flava breakfast show on Metro FM. She is also the host of a youth reality series One Day Leader on SABC 1 and co-hosted the weekend edition of Morning Live on SABC 2 with Simphiwe Ncongwane till her departure in March 2020. Pearl is also a voice-over artist and has been featured in many voice-overs.
Daily Thetha airs every Monday – Thursday at 10:30AM – 11:30AM on SABC 1
