Musician and Producer Master KG real name Kgaogelo Moagi continues to make strides in his music career. The Jerusalema hitmaker took home top honours’ to win the coveted Best African Act Award at the MTV EMA’s. The star-studded 2020 MTV EMAs premiered on MTV & MTV Base tonight.
The 2020 MTV EMAs honoured some of the biggest names in global music this year. Master KG was nominated alongside fellow African hitmakers “Scorpion Kings” Maphorisa (South Africa) and Kabza de Small (South Africa), globally renowned superstar Burna Boy (Nigeria) and Afrobeats star Rema (Nigeria), songstress Sheebah (Uganda) and Gaz Mawete (Democratic Republic of Congo).
Master KG joins the ranks of previous MTV EMAs Best African Act winners including Burna Boy, Davido and Tiwa Savage.
