AIG Graduate – Casualty Claims

To handle Line of Business (LoB) portfolio of claims of intermediate complexity from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution; ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders. Provide a high standard of customer service and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling claims enquiries
  • Providing consistently high levels of customer service with particular attention to:
    * responsiveness / speed of service delivery
  • Adherence to internal and external Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure adherence with and implementation of all claims compliance controls as mat be specified from time to time by Claims Manager / Africa Head of Claims

Qualification

  • University graduate preferably LLB / B Com Law
