To handle Line of Business (LoB) portfolio of claims of intermediate complexity from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution; ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders. Provide a high standard of customer service and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling claims enquiries
- Providing consistently high levels of customer service with particular attention to:
* responsiveness / speed of service delivery - Adherence to internal and external Service Level Agreements
- Ensure adherence with and implementation of all claims compliance controls as mat be specified from time to time by Claims Manager / Africa Head of Claims
